Notes:
Appeared in September 1990. Reissue of the "cee four - original" bootleg. There is also a version with t-shirt; some of them are housed in a real box, some only in a lp cover & shirt. I have two sets with T-Shirt; one set comes in a real Box (number; #1/100, got it from the manufacturer itself :-) ) & one set with T-Shirt in a LP Cover (number; #95/100).
